We want you to love your Tiddy Bears. If you do not, you can return them.
Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return, for any reason.
Condition and packaging
Please return all items in the pack. Original packaging is helpful but not required. Pack items securely so they arrive safely.
How to start a return
Email info@tiddybearcomfortstrap.com or use our contact form with your order number. We will send a return authorization and the return address. Please send the return within 14 days of getting your authorization.
Return shipping
For a change of mind return, you pay the return shipping. If the item is damaged, defective or we sent the wrong item, we pay for return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
Original shipping charges
Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is because of our error (damaged, defective or incorrect items).
Damaged or defective items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Wrong item received
Contact us and we will send the right item and cover the cost of the return.
