Report a safety concern
If you have a safety concern about a Tiddy Bear, stop using it and contact us at info@tiddybearcomfortstrap.com or through our contact form (choose "Product safety concern"). Please include:
- The product color and SKU
- Any lot or batch code printed on the label or packaging
- What happened, and when
- Photos, if you can
We will reply within 2 business days. You can also report an unsafe product to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.
